Service Description

In this twelve month package with weekly accountability, you will meet with Esosa E. MS, CNS, LDN, weekly to set specific and measurable health goals. You will get clarity on meal planning that suits your lifestyle and receive an assessment of your current health, including streamlining your supplements, diet, and lifestyle choices to propel you towards your health goals. You will also tap into any behavioral changes you need to make to be consistent with achieving your health goals and hone in on the top rituals that will transform your health. Within one year you will achieve: *Your personalized meal plan and recipes *Measurable and specific goals *Strategies to create lasting rituals *Ongoing assessment of blood work, current diet, and lifestyle *One-on-one sessions weekly Policies: 1) There is a 15 minute waiting period. If you are running late for your session, our staff is able to wait for 15 minutes past your scheduled start time, but will not be able to see you if you are past 15 minutes late. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance via email or a message via the Practice Better portal. 2) If an appointment is missed entirely with no advanced notice, we will allow you to reschedule your appointment the first time this happens, but you will lose that session if this happens again. Again, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment via email or a message via the Practice Better portal. 3) You must use all of your sessions within 13 months of the purchase date. Aim to schedule 1 session per week in the twelve month time period, but we understand there may be a week or two that you are not able to meet weekly which is why we allow up to 13 months to complete all sessions of the package. Any unused sessions past 13 months of your purchase date will expire.

Cancellation Policy

All one on one consultations and private client plans are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule after your appointment is booked, please contact us 24 hours in advance via Email at rawgirlassistant@gmail.com.
