Service Description

Just like our car needs a tune-up, our diet sometimes needs adjustment to ensure we are giving our bodies the right fuel! In this one-on-one session with a Certified Nutrition Specialist on our team, you will receive an assessment of your current diet, any supplements you are taking and possible nutrient depletions caused by medications or poor diet. This session is designed to leave you with a better understanding of where you are nutritionally and how you can improve your diet, supplements, and overall lifestyle to look and feel amazing! If you are struggling with a specific medical condition or health challenge you will also receive recommendations for diet and/or lifestyle changes that can support your healing.

Cancellation Policy

All one on one consultations and private client plans are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule after your appointment is booked, please contact us 24 hours in advance via Email at rawgirlassistant@gmail.com.
