Follow Up (w/ Purchase of Package Only)

Nutrition follow-up session for clients who purchased a package. Policies: 1) There is a 15 minute waiting period. If you are running late for your session, our staff is able to wait for 15 minutes past your scheduled start time, but will not be able to see you if you are past 15 minutes late. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance via email or a message via the Practice Better portal. 2) If an appointment is missed entirely with no advanced notice, we will allow you to reschedule your appointment the first time this happens, but you will lose that session if this happens again. Again, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment via email or a message via the Practice Better portal. 3) If you purchase a 6 month package (12 sessions total), you must use all of your sessions within 9 months of the purchase date. Aim to schedule 2 sessions per month in the six month time period, but we understand there may be a month or two that you are not able to meet twice which is why we allow up to 9 months to complete all sessions of the package. Any unused sessions past 9 months of your purchase date will expire.
All one on one consultations and private client plans are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule after your appointment is booked, please contact us 24 hours in advance via Email at email@example.com.
